the national women's martial arts federation has been hosting special training for 31 years. special training is the nwmaf's signature summer training camp for women and girls who study martial arts and self defense. st features outstanding trainers from around the world, representing a variety of styles from aikido to zujitsu. between 200 and 350 women attend special training, of all ages, experience levels and martial arts styles. special training offers unparalleled opportunities for personal growth, support, networking, and fantastic training.
