this is a special event to the memory of nakazono sensei 1918 – 1994. one cannot speak of the history of british aikido without adding the name of nakazono sensei, alongside that of kenshiro abbe sensei. we are pleased to have jiro nakazono sensei who is making his first visit to the uk as our guest instructor along with gwynne jones sensei. to complete the teaching line up, three former students of nakazono sensei have agreed to instruct. sensei’s haydn foster – henry ellis – derek eastman. the event is sponsored by sensei gwynne jones of the shin-gi-tai aikido society. the seminar will be held at the neath leisure centre. near swansea, south wales.
