passion for martial arts. it’s a life-changing weekend that develops our
skills and builds our individual and collective strength. for our 30th anniversary,

We've got classes for all skill levels, for all styles, at all exertion
levels, for all ages... classes taught by some of the best women martial artists
in the world! we have 25 trainers with over 500 years of experience in karate,
kung fu, taekwondo, tai chi, capoeira, chi kung, judo, jujitsu, aikido, kupigana
ngumi, krav maga, self defense and weapons!
